Let former Tapout Coach, Throwdown Instructor, and partner to PRIDE/UFC and NCAA Champion, Kevin "The Monster" Randleman, guide you through everything you need to know to get started with conditioning training for the UFC—or simply train like a pro fighter. This program focuses on developing the strength, agility, and endurance needed for elite combat sports.

 

What This Program Covers:

This conditioning program does not focus on any specific martial art but is designed to be used alongside the martial arts training you’re already pursuing, whether it’s Karate, wrestling, or any other discipline in your local area.

When combined with a martial arts program, this fitness, diet, cardio, and agility plan will push you to elite levels—whether you're training for self-defense, competition, or personal fitness.

Program Breakdown

Level 1: Foundation Training

At this stage, you’ll lay the groundwork for your conditioning:

  • Learn what exercises work best for your body and which to avoid.
  • Adjust your eating and sleeping habits to enhance your training performance.
  • Build a solid base that will propel you to the next level, whether you’re training for fun, self-defense, or preparing for a pro fight.

In my Las Vegas gyms, we call this stage "Basic Training," and it is required for all trainees—from pro fighters to beginner housewives. Typically, it takes 7 to 12 months to complete.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have integrated your foundation training with martial arts practice, forming a focused training regimen that transforms you into a well-balanced, combat-ready machine. Fighters in this level are preparing for their first fight.

Level 2: AMI-Phase

Our Level 2 programs are designed to prepare you for the Amateur Phase of Mixed Martial Arts, where you’ll sharpen your skills and compete at an amateur level. This phase focuses on refining your abilities and applying the foundation built in Level 1 to real-world scenarios.

 

Level 3: Advanced/Pro-Level Training

At this level, you’ll be training at an advanced or professional level, honing your skills to compete with top-tier athletes. This phase is where elite conditioning, mental toughness, and fine-tuned combat skills come together.
